Returns

Faulty goods

Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.

Should you need to return goods, in the first instance please make contact with us either by email, telephone or letter and we will arrange a collection or send you shipping labels.

Any goods being returned must be packed adequately so as not to cause damage in shipping and returned with a covering note/letter.

We will refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund delivery costs.

Non faulty goods

We offer a credit or refund for goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error. All that we ask is that the goods are returned to us in the original packing and condition within 14 days of receipt.
